Our soft skills offering focuses on what takes a person from one level of operation to the next. In most cases managers and talent managers make a mistake of promoting their best hands-on employees to management levels without equipping them. Among our soft skills courses, we provide, but we are not limited to, the following:

Employees must be engaged in matters that involve their growth and development. Each employee’s skills must match the position they are in. It is important to note that all every employee is different from the next, which means their developmental needs are also diverse in nature. A plan must be put in place for each employee in line with the company’s succession planning objectives. The employee must take full responsibility of their individual development plan.
To achieve the above, at BZH we assist employees to identify gaps in their skills and qualifications in line with their future aspirations. We draw up a plan with timelines and agree on feedback sessions with the employee. We hold the employee’s hand through the plan until all items are achieved and taken off the list.
We provide feedback to the employee, direct manager and other stakeholders identified by the company. A final report is provided at the end of the programme.
At the start-up phase, most companies do not have the necessary HR personnel to provide the necessary services to keep the organization operational. We provide a personnel administration function that entails the following services:

We provide tailored-made coaching and mentoring programmes to our clients, based on our elevate program that focuses on developing potential supervisors and preparing them for the future. We equip employees with skills and knowledge that elevates them from operator level to supervisor level. By so doing we bridge the gap from best operator to supervisor.
All successful businesses are where they are because employees understand the importance of their roles within the organizations. In any place of work, safety takes priority over production. That makes it important that all employees who carry legal responsibilities understand the impact their negligence may have on the business. Legally appointed personnel need to always be aware of risks to safety, health, hygiene, environment and business performance.
We provide a course on Legal Liability to all legally appointed personnel, so that they can understand the requirements of laws and regulations applicable to the industry in which they are employed. The purpose of the course is to empower each person and make them understand that when they walk past unsafe acts by others, they endorse the bad behaviour. They need to know that all legal appointments link to the highest legal appointment in the hierarchy and the responsibility is shared equally. The importance of each legal appointment in the organogram is made clear for everyone to understand how they are all linked.
